Shipping & Tracking
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
- We'll confirm your order by calling you or reaching out via WhatsApp.
- Enjoy free shipping throughout Pakistan on all orders above PKR 3000.
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 80 is charged on all orders below PKR 3000.
- Once you've confirmed your order, we'll provide a courier tracking number via email, you used while placing the order. So you may stay updated on your order delivery status.
- If an order is NOT confirmed by the customer via call or on WhatsApp, the order will automatically be cancelled after 48 hours.
Order Processing & Delivery:
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistani national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- For metro cities within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays).
- For remote locations within 2-5 business days or more (excluding Sundays).
- During sales events or festivals, the delivery of your order may take up to 7 business days or more.
- For orders weighing more than 5kg or more, expected delivery timelines will be 4-8 business days or more.
* All our orders are shipped via a courier partner and our team ensures that the order gets delivered to the customer delivery address as per the above timelines. But in some cases the delivery may take longer than expected or the order might get returned by the courier company for any of the undefined reasons or the shipment might get lost by the courier company while in transit to the destination.
In such cases, the customer is requested to contact us on our helpline 0324-3280812 or email us at burhanisanitary53@gmail.com for us to reconstruct a new shipment and ship it to the customer delivery address again for successful delivery.
