Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you have received at the time of delivery. Unused, with tags, stickers and in its original packaging. Our customer support team will request a receipt or proof of purchase to entertain any of your desired requests.

Damaged, defective or other issue with your order
Please check and verify your order upon receiving it from the courier within 24 hours and contact us as soon as you can, if the item received is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. Our team will make sure to resolve your issue on priority or as communicated by our customer support team.

Exchanges
Please contact us at 0324-3280812 or email us at burhanisanitary53@gmail.com for any exchange. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process and once your ordered item is received back by us and your exchange request is approved, we will provide you a shopping voucher (excluding any shipping charges that were charged by the courier company). The Voucher can be used on our website to make any purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged items. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and our support team let you know if your refund was approved or not approved.

We do not refund in cash. We will request your bank account details (mentioned below) to process any refunds. It usually takes up to 7 to 10 working days to process any refund.

At Burhani Sanitary, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your homes, offices, schools, hotels and more. We offer 14 Days Replacement Guarantee on all our Sanitary products, excluding (not including) any electronic items.

No Guarantee or Warranty on Electronic Items.

The Replacement Guarantee is Nullified (Not Applicable) if the item is damaged during installation/ fixing or if the item is damaged while using.

We recommend to check the items as soon as possible after your order is delivered and report any issues to us within 24 to 48 hours.
